How hard is WELL exam?

As per the opinion of candidates who have attended and qualified WELL AP exam, it is not as hard as the LEED AP exam. There are no questions that required you to pick more than 1 answer as we usually see in LEED GA and LEED AP exams. The exam is 2 hours long and has 100 questions that represent all WELL concepts, well certification and synergies. You need to score 170/200 or 85 percent. There will be a lot of Fact-based questions, preconditions vs. optimizations, few simple calculation-based questions, few documentation questions and reference standards.
